How to book
your Castle ?
To book your castle simply follow these steps:
- Call 1300 88 28 71 in Australia, 0800 45 06 32 in
New Zealand or go the on line
booking page and complete the form.
- The Call centre will confirm to you if your castle
is available on the date requested and confirm the
details of the booking.
- Our call centre will then confirm your booking to
you.
- Pay a $30.00 deposit to secure your jumping castle.
Our office takes Credit Card, Cheques, Money Orders,
Direct Deposits and Cash. The deposit is required
to be paid within seven (7) days of making your booking.
What happens after I book my castle
?
- When your booking is confirmed our booking centre
will send your booking to your local franchisee
- Your local franchisee will contact you prior to
the booking to confirm all of your hire details and
to confirm the time that they will drop off the castle
on the day of your event.
- Your local franchisee will leave with you with their
direct contact phone number, just in case you need
to contact them with any last minute changes or requests.
- Your local franchisee will inform you of the balance
required to be paid on the day in cash. As our franchisees
are busy and need to complete other customer bookings
we are unable to accept cheques and credit card payments
on the day of hire. For customers who wish to pay
their balance by credit card or cheque are required
to contact and complete payment with cleared funds
by 5.00pm on the last working day prior to the hire.
- On the day of your hire your local franchisee will
attend to your home or party site and completely install
the jumping castle, which includes a complete pre
operational safety check. Your local franchisee will
also take you through the safe operations of the castles
and train you in how to operate and supervise your
party.
How much are the castles ?
The pricing of all our jumping castles is available
online. Simply go to your franchise location and choose
your location, castle theme and length of hire. The
hire price will be shown. Supervision by our qualified
staff and franchisees is available at $30.00 per hour
in addition to the hire fee (min 2 hrs)
Can I have a hire in a Parks or Public Places ?
Yes, Speciality Castles™ conducts hundreds of
hires in public places each year. For further details
on hires in public places, please call our office on
1300 88 28 71.
Do you have Insurance ?
All our franchisees hold current AAPRA approved Insurance
for twenty million ($20,000,000) Products and Public
Liability. A copy of insurance certificates can be obtained
by local councils and departments upon completion of
the booking and our franchisees can produce a copy on
site should you require proof of insurance prior to
your booking. We recommend that before entering into
any hire with any company that you request proof of
insurance of at least $20,000,000 cover by an Australian
Registered Insurer.

comparing our price to one of our competitors then remember

a competitor with the same castle of theme, size and

Are your themes exclusive ?
Speciality Castles™ has a large range of exclusive
themes and styles. We are the exclusive licensees of
the Wiggles, Marvel, Hi-5, Spider-man, Bratz, The Crocodile
Hunter, Star Wars, Saddle Club, Fantastic 4, Bob the
Builder, Thomas the Tank, Barbie and Barney and exclusively
bring these jumping castles to Australia and New Zealand.
If you come across one of these themes and it is not
from Speciality Castles™ then it is highly likely
that you are purchasing a pirated illegal cheap rip
off, which has not been endorsed by the owners of the
brands and the quality and integrity of the product
cannot be guaranteed. Our castles and Operations have
been tested by our brands and why Speciality Castles™
has been trusted with the responsibility to bring you
our range of castles.
How many castles are available
for hire ?
We currently have over 30 castles themes available
for hire and over 400 in our network. With further orders
on the way from our manufacturer our range and number
of our castles will increase in line with demand. Booking
earlier usually ensure that you will get the theme of
your choice on the date you require.
When can I hire a castles ?

Inclement Weather & Cancellations
All Speciality Castles™ jumping castles come
with a sun and shade cloth to protect users from the
sun and rain.
Should it rain or look like raining on the morning
of your booking your local franchisee will contact you
to ask if you still require the castle on the date of
the booking where you will have the opportunity to cancel
the booking prior to it arriving at your party? Once
entering into the hire agreement payment is required
and is non refundable. Our franchisees and staff will
train you in what to do in the event or rain throughout
the day. We recommend that all users cease use in the
event of rain and discontinue use until rain ceases
and the castle and surrounds dry.
Due to safety reasons our franchisees are unable to
set up in rain even though many jumping castles come
with rain covers. Rain covers prevent the rain from
falling directly into the castle, however rain water
lying around the castle make surfaces slippery and wet
and also pose other issues for the electrical source.
What happens if I cancel or need
to postpone my booking ?
In the event that you need to cancel your booking,
you booking deposit is transferable to any future booking
within 12 months of making your cancellation. The booking
deposit is non refundable.
